All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States. If your location is not supported at checkout, please contact us at support@pawmestore.com.

3. Shipping Times & Rates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.

5. Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@pawmestore.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. PawME is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
